一、產品簡介

超聲硬度計是近幾年備受矚目的一種便攜式硬度計，該儀器對試件表面破壞性小，可認為是一種無損檢測硬度的設備，同時其檢測速度快，精度高，並可以在狹小空間對局部硬化的部件進行測量，也可對薄件進行硬度測量，彌補台式硬度計的局限性，受到市場的歡迎。

應用場合：可測量的工件部位包括帶/板狀工件測量、模具硬化層測量、葉片硬化層測量、齒面硬化層測量、法蘭盤邊緣測量、車輪、渦輪轉子的測量、薄板測量、軸和管道、容器的測量、刀口位置的測量、焊接部位的測量等。

符合標準：GB/T34205-2017金屬材料 硬度試驗 超聲接觸阻抗法》的要求。

5630 ultrasonic hardness tester can nondestructively measure the metals and alloys with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. It can measure strip/plate work piece, mold hardened
layer, blade hardened layer, tooth surface hardened layer, flange edge, wheel, turbine rotor, thin plate, shaft and pipe, container, knife edge, welding part, etc.
