Model TT220採用了磁性測厚法,是一種超小型測量儀,它能快速、無損傷、精頦地進行鐵磁性金屬基體上的覆層厚度的測量。可廣泛用於製造業、金屬加工業、化工業、商檢等檢測領域。由於該儀器體積小,測頭與儀器一體化,特別適用於工程現場測量。

主要功能:

可進行零點校準及二點校準。
可對測頭進行基本校準。
設有五個統計量:平均值(MEAN)、最大值(MAX)、最小值(MIN)、測試次數(NO)、標準偏差(S.DEV)。
可存貯和統計計算15個測量值。
具有兩種測量方式:連續測量方式(CONTINUE)和單次測量方式(SINGLE)。
具有自動關機功能。
刪除功能:對測量中出現的單次可疑資料進行刪除,也可刪除存貯區內的所有資料,以便進行新的測量。
操作過程有蜂鳴聲提示。
有欠壓指示功能。

Model TT220 is an advanced integrated coating thickness gauge distinguishing by its very compact size, high accuracy, wide measuring range and simplicity of operation. It combines the ferrous F-probe and a data processor in a single unit, automatically computes the thickness of non-magnetic coating (such as paint, plastic, galvanized layers) on a ferrous substrate (such as steel, iron and non-authentic stainless steel), by utilizing the properties of magnetic induction. Both continuous and single measurement modes are available.

Model TT230 combines the non-ferrous N-probe and a data processor in a robust single unit. It automatically computes the thickness of insulating coatings (such as paint, plastic) on a non-ferrous substrate (such as Aluminum, Copper, Stainless Steel) by utilizing the properties of eddy current. Both continuous and single measurement modes are available.
